肩書き (Hiragana: かたがき Romaji: Ka-ta Ga-ki) means Title or Names On Shoulder in Japanese.

肩書き (Katagaki) shows the relationship between people. For example, (Hiragana: さま Romaji: Sa-ma) is the most used Katagaki in business situations. 様 shows the business relationship.
A person with the name 本田 (Hiragana: ほんだ Romaji: Ho-nn-da) is called 本田様 in business situations.
