해설 Commentary：
유음화 = 유음 (liquid sound) + 화 (to become).
유음화 [yu-eu-mwa] is one of the Korean sound shifts.
In Korean, the consonant ㄹ [ri-eul] is called 유음 [yu-eum] = Liquid Sound.
When ㄴ [ni-eun] and ㄹ [ri-eul] are adjacent, 유음화 [yu-eu-mwa] = Becoming Liquid Sound occurs. As a result, ㄴ [ni-eun] changes to ㄹ [ri-eul].
When romanized, this ㄹㄹ sound is spelled as "ll" not "rl" in the alphabet.
Some textbooks introduce 유음화 [yu-eu-mwa] as Smoothing.

관리. [관리] to [괄리]. gwan-ri to gwal-ri to gwal-li.

관리 = 관(pipe) + 리(reason).

실내. [실내] to [실래]. sil-nae to sil-rae to sil-lae.

실내 = 실(room) + 내(in).
실내 [sil-lae] means Inside in Korean.
실 [sil] means Room, and 내 [nae] means In.
